Railway Vehicle Industry (including subways and light rail
vehicles)
1. Body keel welding is used as fixtures for welding molds.

2. For welding of the outer metal plate of the car body, manual
toggle clamps are used as fixtures.

3. Welding of door panels is used as positioning bolts and fixtures

4. Welding of seats is used as fixtures for welding fittings. Main

5. The production of molded foams for luxury seats is used as
fixtures for foaming molds. Main application models:

6. The adhesion of luxury auto interior accessories is used for
adhesion and fixation between interior accessories and auto bodies.

Plastic Products Manufacturing Industry
Plastic products are basically divided into two categories: blow
molding and injection molding. At present, no manual toggle clamp
has been found in blow molding, while a large number of manual
toggle clamps have been used for injection molding products. Even
single-machine and single-model "injection molding machines" have
begun to replace the old screw rod with 7-head manual toggle clamps
or corner cylinders for fixing molds.

manual toggle clamp 7-heads and corner cylinders are widely used to
replace the old screw rod nut fixing molds.
(2) In the loop injection molding production line, the manual
toggle clamp is widely used as open/close locking mechanism for the
upper and lower molds on the molds of the production line.
(3) In the production line of injection molding, the manual toggle
